Abstract

The methodology of design of persona is applied to the research experience of Spanish early career researchers from the data collected in the interviews carried out for the “Harbingers” projects. Several profiles of female researchers are identified. They are analyzed with focus on the evolution observed in the attitudes and practices of scientific communication between 2016 and 2022 and in the role of the pandemic.
