Resumo

A metodologia de people design é aplicada à experiência de investigação de jovens académicos espanhóis com base nos dados recolhidos nas entrevistas realizadas nos projetos “Harbingers”. Vários perfis de mulheres investigadoras são identificados e analisados ​​com atenção à evolução observada nas atitudes e práticas de comunicação científica entre 2016 e 2022 e ao impacto da pandemia nas mesmas.
