Health policies are internationally institucionalized, especially when social issues are involved, such as the case of COVID. Guidelines are registered, for example, from the World Health Organization, for all areas of health, for all countries. Since Information Science is an interdisciplinary area, the health area can be included in the scope of IC research. Thus, having as its core what the United Nations Program for the Environment (UNEP) advocates, with the creation of the 2030 Agenda and consequently the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this article is the result of a research that aimed to identify technological resources used by the Ministry of Health in line with SDG 3 (Health and well-being), specifically with goal 3.7 (Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health services, including family planning, information and education, as well as such as the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programmes). To achieve the objective outlined, four health institutions were selected, two in Maceió - Alagoas and two in Florianópolis - Santa Catarina, an instrument for data collection was used such as the resource of field notebook notes, inquiries made in the sectors of these institutions, as part of the community and photographic records available on murals and signs to the public in their internal environment. As a result, it can be inferred that despite the efforts of these institutions to adapt to what the Ministry of Health recommends on its website, they have few human and technical resources to have an adequate technological environment to serve their users, as recommended by the SDG 3/3.7, but even so, these institutions try to keep their pages updated in order to reach the population with information that is adequate to their needs.
