Investigates and analyzes the profile and performance of librarians at the Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), under the aegis, above all, of interaction and networking, pointing out the reality presented, whether in its positive or negative points, in order to to raise ideas that guarantee satisfactory performance for these professionals with regard to teaching, research and extension.
