Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The contribution is original and unpublished and is not being evaluated for publication in another journal, channel or medium, except in the case of preprints.

All authors provided their respective Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) numbers.

The URLs of the cited online references were reported correctly, that is, they are updated and active.
- The document was placed in the template (https://edicic.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Template_Eng.docx) of the Revista EDICIC.
- In the case of multiple authorship, the main author sent the Authorship Contribution Declaration (https://edicic.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Declaration_Authorship_Contribution.docx), as described in this Editorial Policy.
- The author sent the copyright letter to Revista EDICIC, according to the model (https://edicic.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Declaration_Author_Copyright.docx).
- The submission file is in .DOC / .DOCX (Word) or .RTF format.
- The text was prepared based on the Editorial Policy of the Revista EDICIC, more specifically described in the ‘Text Preparation’ Section (https://ojs.edicic.org/revistaedicic/about/submissions).
- The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in the 'Text Preparation' Section.
- The author guarantees research ethics in all its aspects [correct original text citations, citations from sources used, no plagiarism, no use of artificial intelligence to prepare content]. In the case of using artificial intelligence, the author must reference as defined by the APA standard.
Research Papers
Original text whose objective is to report results of completed research, which have not yet been published in another media outlet. From 15 to 25 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Review Papers
Original text whose objective is to identify, reflect on and constructively criticize the knowledge generated on a given topic from consultation of extensive bibliography. 20 to 30 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Case Studies
Original text on a particular case study or on a multiple case study of a specific reality or context. From 12 to 20 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Communications
Original scientific research text, with preliminary or immediately relevant results. 10 to 15 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Experience Reports
Original text that present experiences lived in a certain reality or context. From 7 to 12 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Preprints
Original text originating from academic-scientific research not yet validated by peers, published in reliable preprint repositories, and not submitted for publication in another scientific journal. From 15 to 25 pages, including references, figures, graphs, frames, and tables.
Doctoral and Master's Consortiuns
Original text linked to ongoing these or dissertation project, whose objective is to contribute to the dissemination of research in development by doctoral and master's students, communicating emerging themes of interest to postgraduate students to the scientific community. From 15 to 25 pages, including references, figures, graphs, charts, and tables.
Reviews
Original text about a published work, highlighting the ideas of the author of the published work, as well as expressing the opinion of the review author about the published work. From 1 to 5 pages.

Consent information: with confirmation of profile registration carried out by the authors, evaluators, and readers themselves, through registration or document submission in the Revista EDICIC OJS system, the use and treatment of these as mentioned above is considered accepted.
